Parking Location

Hotel Parking & free 4-minute shuttle service to and from the Marriott to every terminal at DFW Airport

After departing the plane and collecting your luggage, please proceed to baggage claim. After collecting your luggage, please call the DFW Airport Marriott Hotel at (972) 929-8800 for shuttle service.

The concierge will ask for your last name and the Baggage Claim number at which you are currently located ( i.e. A16, C2).

You’ll then take the escalator to the lower level and wait under a grey Courtesy Van sign. Shuttles typically arrive 15-20 minutes after calling.

Please Note: Due to restrictions at DFW Airport, we are unable to deliver vehicles to the terminal.

Use your pre-check in message to locate your car's exact parking spot.

Unlock with a discrete lockbox key, or by using TuroGo remote entry.

Step 3

Begin your reservation by checking in through the Turo mobile app.

Checking In & Accessing the Vehicle:
Your car will be waiting for you at The DFW Airport – Marriott Hotel parking area, located at 8440 Freeport Parkway Irving, TX 75063. You’ll receive a message shortly before your reservation begins with your car’s exact parking spot location and lockbox code. 

Once you have arrived at the car, you’ll be able to access the key in a discrete lockbox on the outside of the vehicle. You’ll place the lockbox inside the car and proceed with following the brief check in steps.

Exiting the Garage:
A payment card to cover airport parking fees will be left along with the parking ticket in the center console, if applicable.

Pre-Check In Reminder:
A friendly reminder that we can NOT release your vehicle’s lockbox code without receiving your uploaded driver’s license photos. To avoid potential delays, please upload a close-up photo of your driver’s license and a selfie holding the license next to your face. If you are concerned with personal data, you are more than welcome to cover your address and a few digits of your license, however the picture and expiration date must be visible. These pictures can be uploaded into the “Trip Photos” on the details section of your booking by clicking the ADD PHOTOS link. License photos are required by Turo for all standard reservations. (We’ll send reminders about these photos over Turo messages, too!)

Checking In & Accessing Your Car:
Your car will be waiting for you at The DFW Airport – Marriott Hotel parking area, located at 8440 Freeport Parkway Irving, TX 75063.

AURA is excited to use TuroGo for all Tesla rentals! TuroGo technology brings a new level of convenience to our guests–you can now GPS locate, lock and unlock TuroGo cars directly from the Turo app. (No additional downloads required!) Once you have arrived at the car, you’ll be able to unlock it directly from the Turo app and access the key card inside the center console. You will then be prompted to follow brief check in steps through the Turo app.

Charging & Supercharging:
Supercharging provides the fastest charging experience. All Supercharging fees are billed to our corporate account, and an invoice will be sent to you a few days after your trip ends. The closest supercharger to your return location is located at 1001 Northwest Highway Grapevine, TX 76051.. The Tesla will be charged to at least 80% at check in. The car is also equipped with a charging cable in the trunk for wall outlet charging, as well as an adapter compatible with many popular branded EV charging stations.

Driver License Verification Required

In order to successfully rent a vehicle you must provide proof of driver's license for all drivers on the trip. Failure to verify may result in a canceled reservation.
