  1. Your vehicle must be well maintained and up to date with all standard service requirements as required by the vehicle manufacturer. Upon applying to join the Service as an Owner, if requested by Aura, you must provide documented proof of the last major service performed on the applicable vehicle.

  2. Subject to the mileage restrictions below, your vehicle must be model year 2013 or newer, provided that vehicles with model years more than 10 years older than the current calendar year (regardless of total vehicle mileage) must be inspected at the time of onboarding and at least once every 12 months thereafter, or as otherwise required by Aura in order to participate in the Service. In no event shall any vehicle with a model year older than 2013, or any vehicle with a model year 10 years older than the current calendar year that has not been inspected as required by Aura, be eligible for participation in the Service, regardless of total vehicle mileage. 3. Subject to the model year restrictions listed above, your vehicle must have fewer than 125,000 miles, except that vehicles which are new to Aura and which have more than 125,000 total mileage may participate in the Service if the Owner of such vehicle submits to Aura valid and verifiable inspection reports at the time of onboarding and as otherwise required by Aura in order to participate in the Service. Existing vehicles that are offered on the Service and that have accumulated more than 125,000 total miles may continue to participate in the Service, provided that the Owners of such vehicles submit to Aura valid and verifiable inspection reports as required by Aura in order to continue such vehicle’s participation in the Service. Aura may periodically monitor any records to ensure that a vehicle continues to qualify for eligibility under these Vehicle Eligibility Requirements. In addition, vehicle reviews can be triggered based on: (A) external notification by the State DMV (if supported by the driver license issuer state); (B) external notification by any Aura User; or (C) internal notification by the Aura system functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion.
